Details	Sensitively restored and sewn in the UK. Filled with 100% Duck Feather. Filling materials meet the flammability requirements of BS5852 1988 for all domestic use only.
Notes	CONDITION: These cushions have been hand sewn with antique pieces that have been meticulously restored within Flora Soames workshops. However, it is important to underline, due to the nature of them being antique, that there is a corresponding patina and character of age to these pieces. As a result, they will show the inevitable variations that come with one off designs and be subject to likely wear and imperfections that come with their age. CLEANING: The One Day Box designs must be cleaned with extreme caution as they are made with delicate antique fragments. Should you need to clean your items, we would highly recommend contacting a specialist dry cleaning service who would be able to advise you on each individual piece.

Purchases made in the showroom can be exchanged only and are non-refundable. 

If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Any item purchased online can be returned within 14 calendar days of your purchase date without cause and on request of a refund may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition you received it as sold.  Your purchase must be in the original packaging and with the enclosed packing slip.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item by the same or similar means it was received (and you are responsible for the condition it is returned in).  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All goods must be in the same condition when returned as sold.

Any purchases returned after 14 days are subject to either an Exchange or Credit Note (60 Days Expiry).
